Census Request – Supplementary Information


Each year our school is required to submit data on the numbers of students and staff to the Department of Education for funding purposes.

This year we have been asked to provide supplementary information which we do not have on our school records.

For each child the Department of Education now also requires the country of birth, the nationality or nationalities of your child and the principal language spoken at home.
