Exam Results 2020
The government announced on Tuesday 11th August 2020 that schools will be able to use ‘valid mock results’ as evidence to launch appeals on behalf of students.
Ofqual, the exams regulator, has said on Wednesday 12th August 2020 that they will publish guidance about how to do this, and the evidence that schools will need to submit early next week. Until then, we cannot submit any appeals based on mock results; we have to wait until the system for doing so is created by Ofqual and the exam boards. When it is, we will look carefully at students’ results and mock exam results. If we can launch an appeal, we will contact students.
If you would like to know the Centre Assessed Grades that we submitted to the exam board, please download and complete Form 1 – centre assessed grades, and return it to Mr Fenn Griffin.
